I needed to use HP printer once as I was repairing it and I needed to see if it works. Now that it works I'll never need to use it again and there's some app that came with it called HP Utility. I can't see it on "Applications" folder if I go there from Finder I cant see this app. I've scanned every app through.

So, I went to System Prefences and then uninstalled every driver and then I typed this name on spotlight and it can find this app and it shows that it's in applications folder, which it doesnt appear to be.

I dragged it on desktop and deleted it and it's still there. I can see it on Launchpad and it might sound weird, but it's very disturbing to see apps that I never use.

I am using 10.7.5

This should be in your utilies folder, applications>utilities, try highlighting the icon and COMMAND delete, you should be prompted to enter your admin password to move it to the trash. Then do secure empty trash (shift+command+delete) to delete it from the trash.
