Thanks for the reply CT but these links don't help, they're either Safari related (I use Firefox) and/or predate Trusteers update last year which claimed to solve the Mac problems.
...and I'd rather see the advice from actual users rather than Trusteer (call me cynical but...)
The so-called "update" made no difference, according to what I've seen here.
In addition I took the time to google "Firefox & Rapport" and got this from the Firefox mozillaZine:
- On Windows: Go to "Start->All Programs->Trusteer Rapport->Stop Rapport"
- On Mac: Go to "System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport"
If that stops the crashes, try updating the software to the latest version, uninstall the program if you don't need it, or contact Trusteer Support
