Meaning what? Tested how? What was "pretty good". Did this test actually test the connection to NetFlix? If not then it means nothing. Did this test check not just connection speed but quality? i.e. Packet loss, loaded packets, etc.
This is very likely a network connection issue. Couple of likely things.
1. Guessing you are trying to use WiFi. If so switch to a wired Ethernet connection. Streaming Video rarely works well over WiFi even if you are using commercial grade WiFi equipment. i.e. +$180.
2. Possible that your ISP maybe throttling streaming video traffic for services like iTunes, iCloud, Netflix, etc. Might want to check with them.
Tested speed with speedtest.net just tests download and upload speeds.
Don't have an issue with streaming to any other devices just the Apple TV
Router downstairs so wifi easiest connection.
Can stream on two devices at same time with no issues but not on the Apple TV.
Anything else I can check or do?
Not sure what loaded packets etc means???
Vevo via airplay nice and crisp no problems just netflix.

After reading several of your posts I would have to say that these people are being MUCH nicer than I would be!
Clearly, these folks are not computer experts. They are here to GET information, not to listen to you espouse on your "awesomeness"! You may be an expert but, from the way that you harangue them, I wouldnt believe a thing you say, regardless!
