I have a 13-inch late 2009 Macbook, 2.26 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo with

3GB of 1067 MHz DDR3 RAM (2GB in slot, 1GB in the other).

My brother recently gave me a 2GB RAM card but I'm not sure

if its compatible, its specs are: 2GB SOD PC2-6400 CL5

I'm wondering if this type of RAM card be compatible with my Mac,

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Nope. You need PC3-8500 DDR3 1066MHz

PC2-6400 RAM is 200 pin 800mhz. Your RAM slot takes 204 pin RAM.
