My phone has low memory issue and freezes occasionally opening apps. How can I fix this problem? I have iOS 6.1.4.

Remove some content from the phone to free memory.

Delete stuff, maybe restore from backup or restore as new if other things dont work for you

To have a smooth operation, you need at least 10% of your total storage.

    Try a

Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data

You state your phone is having low memory issues, then you comment that you have only used 20% of your memory. What makes you think you have low memory issues? Is it the fact you have experienced the phone "freezing occasionally opening apps"?
