1. Tap "Settings"

2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"

3. Tap on your Apple ID

4.Tap "View Apple ID"

5. Enter your user name and password.

6. Tap "Country/Region."

7. Tap "Change Country/Region"

8. Select the region where you are located.

9. Tap "Done".

Help me. I changed the country store to Thailand and I want to change back to USA.

But, it's not just done. I have to input billing information, payment method and credit card detail. How could I avoid this steps?

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details

1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)

2. Go to App Store and select a free app

3. Tap INSTALL APP

4. Create New Apple ID

5. Confirm Your Country

6. Agree with Terms and Conditions

7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)

8. Create and answer your secret question

9. Select NONE for Payment Method

10. Fill in Billing Address

11. Submit application for new Apple ID

12. Wait for verification email

13. When email arrive, verify your account

14. Start downloading your free apps

hi, what about if it doesn´t let me change because i have left over money from the city i was before.

i went to Mexico and i got some money on my account but now i have $1 peso and i can´t change back to USA because i have money and i do not know how to get ride of it. what can i do??? thanks.

if I don't want create new ID I want to use old ID what should I do ?

You are currently in the country ? If you are (you have to be in a country to use its store) then log into your account and change the country/region and billing details on it : Change your iTunes Store country or region - Apple Support

last time I change to China now I want change back to Malaysia but I don't have credit and debit card what should I do ?

Are you currently in Malaysia ? If not then you cannot use the Malaysian store. If you are, and if you don't have a valid Malaysian payment method, you could try contacting Malaysian iTunes Support via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
