I found a similar file. It appears to be a file that is installed by an Apple screen-sharing program that probably got downloaded to your system when you got help from an Apple specialist. This file appears to support the restarting of the screen sharing when the system might have rebooted.
I believe it returns nothing when right-clicked as the file to which it points (probably the executable or script that does the restarting magic) has been removed/deleted when you closed the session.
Might this be the case?

If you Google it you will find many results, not for this exact code but similar.
These are similar.

I have it also.
From some google searching it appears to be linked with some remote access software from www.bomgar.com
Can't nail this for sure but it appears to have something to do with Bomgar remote access software.
Mine shows "apple-scc-20111020-114312". The date-stamp is from 2011, 2 1/2 years ago.
I can't recall letting a remote tech onto my Mac, but it may have happened - I handle a lot of different support issues. But I have done some testing of different software for remote control from iOS deviices, etc. Perhaps I tested some iteration of Bomgar in the past?
Right-click does not show 'Reveal in finder'.
Any extra info would be useful here.
