I have. The way their help site is set up now, it's near impossible to find an answer to anything. I am not completely convinced that it is a Facebook problem. I have talked to several friends that use the same apps that I use and none of them have this problem. I just can't seem to find an answer anywhere. Thank you for your response. I really appreciate it.

You can try:
Contact the developer/go to their support site if only one app.
Restore from backup. See:
Restore to factory settings/new iPod
