Q: How can my book owner make changes to the book from her computer?

I created a book for a vendor. She wants to make changes and ask me to send her the book to do so. She is unable to change anything. How can I make it accessable for her to change and print her own book?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

If you created the book with iBooks Author, then you must send her the .iba file which you should have saved before publishing.  She would have to use iBooks Author herself to make changes in that file.

If you did not use iBooks Author, tell us what you did use.

Start up iBooks Author, choose a template, and do File > Save.  It will produce the .iba file which you need to open again if you want to make further changes to the book.

If you lost this, I think you would have to recreate the book again.  The published .ibooks form cannot be opened by iBooks Author.
