I assume it's an AppleTV 1.
Also, assuming you've restarted AppleTV, computer/iTunes and router, and have not installed any new security software it may be best to remove the current AppleTV Computers entry for this iTunes and try to set it up again, though this will wipe all synced content on the unit and require it to sync again from itunes.

Hi, yes did a reset and already wiped content from apple tv. it is the apple tv1. thanks
