Troubleshoot Safari plugins and extensions:
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Security tab.
Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.
If it's not a plug-in issue, select the Extensions tab. If there are any extensions installed, turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that made a difference, uninstall one at a time, quit and relaunch Safari until you find the culprit.
For Flash. Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
Empty the cache more often. Press Command + Option + E on the keyboard.
Try "resetting" Safari. From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Reset Safari
Your profile indicates you have v10.8.2 installed. If that is the case, you need to update your system software.
Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click Software Update. v10.8.4 is avialable.
