How much free disk space is available ??

Click the Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About this Mac > More Info > System Report then select Storage on the left under Hardware.

You'll see Available and Capacity. Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.

If there's sufficient free disk space, check for login items. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items

Delete any items there then restart your Mac to test.

    Try troubleshooting plugins and extensions...

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Security tab.

Deselect:  Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.

If it's not a plug-in issue, select the Extensions tab. If there are any extensions installed, turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.  If that made a difference, uninstall one at a time, quit and relaunch Safari to test.

Macintosh HD 133.47 GB free out of 374 GB

    nearly 35.68% is free

BOOTCAMP 310.11 GB free out of 375.29 GB

where as coming to the login items i have removed all

coming to safari in security tab

    the checked items are

    1. fraudulent sites:
      1. warn when visiting a fraudulent website
    2. web content:
      1. enable javascript
      2. block pop-up windows
    3. internet plug-ins:
      1. allow java
      2. allow all other plug-ins

next thing is that even when i am typing also some times it get stuckedup while  typing with little more speed than very slow typing this thing had happened while i am typing this matter

see this thing is not happening always but some times frequently .

improved 5-10 sec i.e 1 min 15 sec to start up the machine

even then it is not a good sign of mountain lion boot up time.

the machine has some what slow when compared before update the operating system
