We have discussed this a few times haven't we? If you rebooted, reset all settings and restored the iPad, it's time to take your iPad to an Apple Store. They might be able to restore it in a way that we as users do not have the ability to do. You may also have a hardware problem and only they can determine that.
Your iPad is still under warranty, don't let this go on until after the warranty runs out.
I understand that you would like to fix this without having to go to an Apple Store. I would love to be able to help you solve this and so would everybody else here, but I just think we are out of options now.
I am going from memory....
You closed all apps and rebooted.
You reset all settings - and I think that worked temporarily
You restored the iPad from a backup
You restored the iPad to factory settings
If you did all of that, I don't know what else to try, if I am wrong, post back and state all of the things that you tried.
Here is one more thing that you can try and it probably won't work, but give it a try. Go to Settings>Sounds>Ringers and Alerts>Change with Buttons. Just change whatever you have set in there. If it is set to on, turn it off.
Ok I have tried all things you said above and is still not working tried what's you said after what you said above still not working so please don't say it's time to take it to the apple store it's only gonna make my problem worse oh and one more question how much does it cost to fix a hardware problem on your I pad mini when it's still under warranty at the apple store
