Q: newbie Q: conforming overcranked footage (120 fps)

I have some 120 fps footage in H264 format (produced using Cheetah 3D animation software). I've got the clip open in Cinema Tools and conformed to 30fps. Now how do I export the slo-mo quicktime so I can use it in my 30fps FCP sequence? Is there another workflow I should be using? Thanks!

Don't think cinematools will conform h264 footage.  Correct me if I'm wrong.  Regardless, H264 is not an appropriate format for editing in fcp.

Probably the smartest workflow is using compressor converting to prores and changing the frame rate at the same time.  If you need help with customizing the appropriate preset in compressor, post back.

And, do you really mean 30fps or do you really mean 29.97 fps which is the NTSC broadcat standard.  Some early dslrs actually recorded at exactly 30fps, but nowadays, most cameras record at 29.97 rather than 30.
