My mail account is saying cannot verify account. I've deleted and started again but same message appears. Help

    Hello Nicola98,

     

    It is possible that some of the server options have changed recently. I would recommend using this to get the settings from the email provider directly and use that information to setup the account.

     

    Account Information
    QuestionsAnswersNotes
    Full name: Your name as you would like it to appear on messages you send, such as Tom Clark.
    My email address:                               @                       .Such as tomclark@example.com.
    My email provider: The name of your email service provider such as Yahoo, Gmail, Comcast, or AOL.
    Incoming (POP or IMAP) mail server settings

    Account type:
    Choose one.
    POP [     ]

    Exchange IMAP [     ]
    Exchange 2007 EWS [     ] (see below)
    Your provider will understand which Account type to select.
    Description: Used to title your inbox in Mail.
