Q: How do I syn i clouds with pc and I pad?

In order to link your PC and iPad with iCloud, you will want to download the iCloud Control Panel for Windows. A link to download that can be found right here:

You will also need to sign into your iCloud account on your iPad if you haven't already. You can do that by going to Settings -> iCloud and signing in there. Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities!
