Q: Redeeming a Digital Copy

I recently bought the "Identity Thief" and I receieved a digital copy. I tried to redeeming it but I keep getting this message "If you buy the HD version, you will have to transfer it to an HD-compatible device in order to watch it. Or, you can buy the SD version and watch it on this computer." Can someone help me out?

Where are you redeeming it? Computer? iPod
What model iPod do you have
Did you purchase the HD or SD version. Have you looked here:

I tried a couple of times on iTunes on my computer and a receieved that message. I've just tried it on my iPod Touch 3rd generation I believe and seems to be working. I have bought other DVD's that have a didgital copy and this is the first time I've had this problem.
