make text get bigger

When I'm using pages I want to make evrything bigger as one but the text stays the same size. Is their any way to do this?

    You have to select the text  to being able to make it larger.

    If you have used Styles, you can adjust them unifomly.

     

    Otherwise you can copy the lot, switch to Preview.app go command n (New document) save that as a pdf and copy paste or import that back into Pages.

     

    It will however be a graphic and uneditable.

    Did you try my suggestion above?

     

    Pages doesn't work like this, Serif Page Plus is much more a copy of Quark Xpress.

    No it does not!

     

    If you look for another post on this subject I actually have a shot of the dot on a 10 pt letter i blown up to huge proportions using this method which demonstrates that statement is demonstrably not true.

     

    As is the statement attributing the problem to the Mac when it is a software issue. The particular programs you have sited just don't have that behavior, others like Quark Xpress do what you want.

    Investigate other DTP software if this is important to you.

     

    Other reasonably priced and quite capable DTP applications are Swift Publisher and iStudio Publisher. There are many more.
