I recently got a new Mac and installed Logic 9 from my update discs, and...thinking there were some things I didn't need, I skipped two discs (it was an option).....they said "Jam Packs" as I recall. I didn't ever recall using "jampacks" so thought I would be OK.

Now I am finding many instruments in the Logic Library pane are no longer there.

Can I just insert those discs or am I going to have to reinstall this whole thing?

Thx

Tom

If you start the installer again it should skip the already installed content automatically, you then get the choice to install missing content. If I remember correctly that is, but I'm sure somebody will correct me if I don't.

    Cheers!

The JamPacks include the AppleLoops (that you don't use) plus about 13G of sampler instruments (that you were probably using).

Re-run the installer, but only tick the items that you actually want. You could, for example, choose not to install the loops, just the samples
