After you install Windows, it is set to boot to Windows by default. To boot back to the Mac side, press and hold option right after turning the computer on and select the Mac partition to boot back to OS X.
To reset OS X as the default OS, go to System Preferences -> Startup Disk and select the Mac partition. After you do this, if you want to boot back to Windows, just do the same thing - press and hold option while starting the computer and select Windows.

Thanks Brandon. That's exactly what I was looking for! I read that 32-bit versions are not compatible but I was able to install the 32-bit version of Win7 anyway. I guess because I deleted the BOOTCAMP partition prior to installing Windows?
