The first problem began when trying to power on the Xserve(early 2008 2.8ghz 4gb ram) Its supposed to have 80 gb internal hard drive but of course when it came on it was showing the folder with a question mark. So I inserted the cd everything was working but then I went to disk utility and all I could see was the disk drive and the install dvd 10.5.3... The raid utility showed all the bays and that they were in good working condition 931.51GB all apple brand hds ( So I know it wasnt a off brand problem) ... I then went to system profiler to look for the internal hard drive and couldnt find it their either. I tried all the blue lights and booting it off of anything else that may have the os on it. I then tried to boot it off an external drive to see if I would then be able to see the internal drive still couldn't so finally I installed the os onto the external drive to get the server running.... I finally have it running the operating system but now I cant see any of the data off the three bay drives and yes I realize that since they had a raid configuration that I wont be able to see them but is their any way to migrate them without deleting the information off of them. Basically I need advice to somehow get the server to recogonize the data or be able to see it? Anyhelp is greatly appreciated!

Xserve early 2008, OS X Server
