Hello there

Almost 4 months ago I bought my 1st IPad (4th generation) from a shop in a small town in Saudi Arabia which appeared later that they don't offer after sale help

at all

1 month ago my device did not accept recieving full charge and programs & games last only 1-2 min before the device reboots automatically

After 2 days check a technician told me it was not software --- It was the battery (which is not available in the market yet

Later I visited a reseller 320 km away from home who told me that thgey guarantee and replace devices carrying Arabic & English witing on the sticker on the outside of the box while mine carries only English which means it was imported through internet or through Dubai and they are not responsible for that too

plz advice me what to do

You can only get service from an Apple authorized service provider. Any place else will void the warranty.

Start with contacting Apple Support, http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 at the appropriate number for your location.  They can advise on the status of that iPad, where it was supposed to be sold, etc.  You can start to get an idea by looking at Settings > General > About > Model, see if that is coded AE or what which indicates the country it was planned for.

The iPads and iPhones do not carry international warranties.  The warranty is only valid in the country of sale, and in this case if the iPad was imported to Saudi Arabia from another country and then resold, the warranty would only be valid in the original country of sale, not even in Saudi Arabia.

So talk to the Apple support staff and get their advice on how to proceed.
