Hello

 

I bought iphone about 4 months ago. But my phone cannot connect to app store. What should i do


iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

    Have you created an Apple ID?  Do you have that Apple ID information entered from Settings > iTunes & Apps Stores > Apple ID > sign In?  If not you need to first create an Apple ID and then proceed to enter the information in your iPhone.

    Cannot to connect Itunes Store... I connected to internet but it is not working

    few things you can try, go to settings -> itunes and app store -> tap on the apple id and select sign out, force quit all your apps (double tap home and hold your finger on one of the apps until they move, then tap black circle) reset the phone (hold down sleep and home for about 12 seconds) turn phone on and go back to settings -> itunes and app store and sign in.

    If you can connect to the internet, that is good, but you still have to create an Apple ID and enter that information to access the app store.

     

    Have you done that?

    Yes i have apple id and i used it before it did not work....Xkandrux i'm doing which you said

    not having an apple id will not cause that error, you can access itunes with no apple id, you just cant buy anything until you have one

    I did all this things. I have gone back to settings and sign in again but it does not work.... Now i can't connect...

    i had this problem a long time ago now that i remember... heres how i resolved it... go to settings, general and change you year to 2020, try to go gack into itunes, it will give you an error about you date and time settings, go back into settings, general and fix the year and go back to app store, i wish i couldve remembered this earlier
