Is it possible to connect two iMacs to a single Pegasus R6 via Thunderbolt?

Pegasus R6, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3), also bootcamping Windows7

    Not directly, a Thunderbolt drive is directly-attached, just like a USB or Firewire-attached drive. You can attach it to one Mac and then use networked file sharing to access its files from another Mac. The only way to do what you ask about is to use a NAS (networked file storage).
