I can hear a "dik dik" sound only when press the startup button. And didn't hear sound of the hard disk.

Jun 27, 2013 1:56 PM in response to mccwby Kappy,That sounds like a hard drive failure at the very least or a power supply failure so the drive will not work. I'd say you need some repair work. Take it in for service to find out what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix.
