We are an iBookstore publisher based in Taipei, Taiwan. Our books with Chinese titles (24 in total) were taken off the store on June 20th while English ones (17 in total) remained online. I wrote to the iBookstore support staff and was told that I would get a response in 3 business days.
A week passed the situation remain unchanged and I got no response whatsoever. Anyone had similar experience?
