Feb 16, 2015 12:13 PM in response to aantonauby ThisBeJim,★HelpfulIf you're restoring your iphone from Itunes it will take a while, especially if you have an older Iphone. If you start restoring it and if everything is going fine but if your iphone gets stuck on the screen where it's telling you to connect to itunes just wait, eventually the screen will go black but it'll still be lit, wait a little longer, after about 10 minutes of waiting the apple logo will pop up with a small process bar at the bottom, It's all working and what not it's just going to take forever, especially if you've had a lot of music, pics, or apps or a lot of data plugged into the phone. Hope this helped.

Sep 14, 2016 8:14 PM in response to ThisBeJimby mlabman,I have tried this 5 times now. It just sits there "Waiting for iPhone". Once it came back and said it couldn't be restored because it couldn't find "iPhone" - seemed like it was looking for a device named "iPhone" instead of what my device is actually called. Not sure, but I am really mad. I was just going to upgrade to iOS 10.
Anyone have a real solution?
I have the latest iTunes and an iPhone 6s
