I have  Bise Companion 5 connected to my Mac Mini and it will play audio fine until i stop iTunes, then it drops out and requires a restart.

Has anybody else had problems like this? Does anyone know of a solution.

Greatly appreciate the help.

    First eliminate the obvoius suspects...

    • The USB cable connecting the speakers to the Mac mini
      • try a different cable
    • The Mac mini USB port you are using
      • try using another port on your mini
    • Any USB hubs that may be between the speakers and your Mac
      • connect the speakers directly to the USB port on your Mac
    • Interference from other USB devices connected to your Mac
      • disconnect everything but the speakers, monitor, and a wired Apple keyboard and mouse.
    • Ill behaving drivers for a third party USB device
      • disable any third party USB drivers -- you can do this through Activity Monitor
