Recently, i have been havimg some flaws with my home bottom, by that I mean that sometimes it is unresponsive unless i press it really hard. I know apple will give me a new iPad or a refurbished one. The problem is that my iPad fell off my hands and has a scratch, on the top left corner, the aluminum part and there is no problem with the audio, it was a bit more left to the audio thing, so it didn't really "affect" it,it is just a scratch, also, there is another one on the bottom right corner, but a bit up, also a little scratch. Nothing happened to the screen, it is intact.

I know they would change it cause i had an ipod and had the same problem but even worse, it didnt work at all and they changed it to a new one.

What do you guys think? Will it still cover the warranty of "Home Bottom Bad functioning" ?

Please no flaming, swearing, I am just a guy trying to solve a problem.
