Doesn't InDesign come with some? I'm sure they would work well. OS X comes with a good number as well.

I have mastered using fonts that work with Russian translated text, designing into UK indesign files.
It's a limited choice, but there is a set of fonts that are perfect.
I think I have found the answer for Chinese too. It's a nice basic font, which I ve compared to the last edition chinese text, and much like a game of spot the difference i found a few bits that vary, so found the exact font used by my prevoius chinese layout translator/typesetter.
All this while I tried to fathom out what they were talking about on the Adobe Discussion board!
The biggest problme and misundertsanding seems to be can you type in a language straight to fonts... which IM not doing. I'm gettting it translated tio word docs, then design from word doc to indesign. Phew...
