Q: MacBook Air 2013 running heavy programs

I am considering to buy a MBA (13") with i5, 8GB RAM, and 256 GB of storage.

I will mainly surf the web and do light task which should be more than capable for the new MBA.

But I also do occasional photo editing and video editing. But this as a hobby, so I do this once a week or so, Is running Photoshop or FCPx a problem?

Thanks!

It should be ok, the RAM will more than cope with your editing but depending on how many editing projects you do you may want to get an external hard drive just incase you need extra storage, i5 proccessor will more than cope with what you want to do though, hope this helps
