Q: How do you clear space in the "Other" category?

For some reason I have 4.57gb worth of "other" when I see the breakdown on my computer. How do I clear up this space? I have went through my contacts and calendar and only cleared .03 worth of other.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Other data
Should only be about 1GB and larger than this may indicate corrupt data
