Don't know what you think us users can do for you. Contact iTunes store support. There's a link on the bottom of every page of the iTunes store on your computer's iTunes.

One - Yes OP, if you have not already, contact support. It may take them 48 hours to reply, so have patience.
Two - You again? Seriously, could it be possible the OP already did contact support and while waiting for their reply, hitting the discussions to see if someone has provided a solution? I suggest if you want to be some Helpful being that does not come off like a jerk at first blush, quit assuming people have not followed Protocol, and expect that they are here looking for help while they are waiting.
