Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Jul 2, 2013 5:13 PM in response to JanHillAkby Demo,The red slider doesn't always appear, that's why I said ignore it if it does appear. It might be time to think about restoring the iPad iOS software if rebooting doesn't help.
I would try rebooting one more time and if you still only get the Apple logo on the screen, take a look at this. Pay attention to the last part of the article about using recovery mode. You might need to restore that way.

Jul 2, 2013 5:16 PM in response to JanHillAkby gabtron5000,depending on the game, you'll probably have to uninstall and reinstall it...if that's not an option, contacting the app developer on the games download screen is usually helpful:)
