is it only at your house? or in a specific area? the materials of your house play a role, as well as your location to the nearest tower..too far AND too close are no good.
it could be your phones antennae but its uncommon to get 2 iphones in a row with a bad antennae.
if verizon has submitted nrb tickets that haven't come up with anything, than the health of the towers isn't in question...tough one..good luck! really:/

i have restored my phone it does nothing. I have even had it replaced still same problem and yes it is at my moms house but also on the roads and in the big cities. all the DROIDS i have b4 i got the iphone 5's they all worked even at my moms house and down the country roads where they're tons of trees. it wasnt until I switched to IPHONE5 that we started having this problem.. Verizon has been notified on 4 different times and always a trouble ticket has been open and completed.. they tell me the problem is fixed but its not. I love the iphone but this is making me realllyyyyyy want to go back to ANDROID.

See if you can return the iPhones and go back to Android since that is obvious what you want to do. You will have to work this out through Verizon.
You are saying everywhere in the country you have this problem?
