Jul 2, 2013 9:31 PM in response to KimLaFby gail from maine,Hi KimLaF,
Which Store are you looking at? If you are looking at the "Purchased" option under "Store" in the sidebar, that is the problem. You need to click on the iTunes Store itself, and open the Store. Once it is open, go to Quick Links on the right and click on Purchased. Then you will see tabs across the top where you can view Purchased Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, etc.
Click on Not on this Computer. You will see a list of all the items which have been purchased but not downloaded to the computer with a little Cloud with an arrow in the center next to each one. You can click on them selectively, or click on "Download All" at the bottom.
Be sure the computer is Authorized - Click on the "Store" option in the menu at the top (I know - how many various places does the word Store show up? - I think this is the last place where it is and where it means something special....). Once you click on that Store, you will see an option to Authorize this Computer. Click on that if you have not previously authorized.
Cheers,
GB

Jul 3, 2013 7:10 PM in response to KimLaFby KimLaF,In the iTunes store itself on quick links, my Music purchases are not showing at all. Books and apps are ok, just the music. If I go to "my account" where it shows all purchases, it shows date time, purchase number etc. correct apple ID. Same on my pc, macbook, and all three iPads. Computers are all authorized. I'm at a loss...

Jul 3, 2013 8:43 PM in response to KimLaFby gail from maine,Hi Kim,
OK, so when you click on the Music tab in your Purchased window, are you then clicking on "All Songs" or "Recent Purchases"? Until you do that, nothing will show up.
My Music tab before I click on All Songs or Recent Purchases:
My Music tab after I click on All Songs:
Hope that is what it is!
Cheers,

Jul 3, 2013 10:26 PM in response to gail from maineby KimLaF,Thanks Gail... Yes, clicking "all songs" and " recent purchases" are identical. They only show two purchases made in about the last month. I went through "my account" and found 12 missing albums and a few dozen single songs that my wife and I purchased over the last couple years. None are showing up as available to download or in the purchases tab via iTunes or the "music" purchased on my iPad. Defiantly strange...thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

Jul 3, 2013 10:35 PM in response to KimLaFby KimLaF,I just went to iTunes via my iPad and looked a three albums I purchased. It shows "purchased" greyed out next to the album cover where the price usually is so iTunes knows that I bought them. I cannot redownload off that page either... I tried. I submitted a ticket to iTunes support. Hopefully they can figure out this gremlin. A little irritating.

So, when you say your wife and you downloaded these items, were you using different Apple/iTunes IDs?
