I have a Logitech K811 wireless keyboard which is properly connected via Bluetooth.  The Mac Mini seems unable to remember the keyboard, though, as every time the system is rebooted the Bluetooth Keyboard Assistant runs and says that no keyboard is connected.  Although the Logitech is connected.  Another symptom, I believe, is that if you go into Keyboard Preferences and try to configure the keyboard, it says that an "unknown keyboard" is connected (although upon customization, the K811 is available as an option).  Any idea how to get the Bluetooth Keyboard Assistant to recognize that the K811 is, in fact, connected?

    Hi Thomas,

I have the exact same issue with the same Logitech Keyboard. I have tried removing the device from Bluetooth devices and re-paired but same issue when the Mac Mini is restarted.

Will try and log a support issue with Logitech and Apple in the jope of fixing the issue.

    Hi,

Even i recently bought the K811 logitech keyboard. My imac pairs it initially and when the system restarts it keeps forgetting the keyboard, though it is paired. How to stop this bluetooth keyboard assistant from popping up from the start up ?

RH3, Please do let me know if apple support is able to resolve this issue. Thanks

Same here... naging setup even if the keyboard is paired (seems like a different setup aplication than native osx).

Simple solution, remove the cr@py Logitech driver.. better off since it brings nothing new to  the table.

Battery statuts is on the kb when low, the rest of the shortcuts can be configured via BTT (better touch tool).

Little time ago from last post ...  Same issue here but I found this happens everytime if my airport time capsule starting backup. I have beside Windows 8 on the partition and there are no problems with this keyboard. Maybe the driver? I'm not really sure...
