I am having the exact same issue. It happens to me quite often, actually. I manage a few hundred iPads with Profile Manager and i have this problem sometimes when i try to re-assign a device to a different user. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? It is a real headache.

I have a customer with the same problem. Really strange that the iPad holds the old exchange-info even after a complete reset!
