Hey guys sorry for adding, hm I did the same thing above. I got 10.7 also. Before my mbp was running OS X mountain lion that I got for free without purchase by redeem it because when I bought mbp, 2 days after that day, the mountain lion released. So I got it for free. Will I get mountain lion for free later on apple store?
Quite a few people have reported that. I think the only thing you can do is contact AppleCare or use the Support link on the App Store and ask them. Even though your Mac shipped with Mountain Lion, Apple's servers thinks it shipped with Lion, so it installs Lion in Internet Recovery.

i solved my problem. i did a recovery usb disk for 10.8.3 with my friend's mac that runs 10.8.3. on the startup, i connected my mac to a wi-fi and i choosed the recovery disk.
i think if you do the same way that i did, it could work. you should try and share the results.

ups, if you redeem os x mountain lion before, when you see os x mountain lion details on mac app store, it says you havent buy it, you should buy. the solution is click on purchase tab, find your os x mountain lion and download for free. it works for me. and your iLife too. Notes: use the same apple id when you redeem.
