i have an iPhone 5 (6.1.4) , a Mac Pro (on Lion) and a MBP (on Mountain Lion). i am syncing Notes via iCloud and a couple of days ago i noticed that they disappeared on the iPhone.

i /think/ that a couple of days ago i unchecked something on the Mac Pro (Lion) so that notes wouldn't keep showing up in my Mac Mail interface.

i also see that i have "all Notes", an email account and "iCloud" listed as "Accounts" on my iPhone.

i am out of warranty but if it is worth spending the money on an applecare call for this issue i would like to if it may have a high degree of difficulty. i remember getting stickies (or was it Notes??) back about five months ago was quite a tricky task.

any advice greatly appreciated.

You said "I am syncing Notes via iCloud ..."

A simple thing you can do is see if the notes you are looking for are there in iCloud.  If they are, your issue resolution will be simple.

Use Safari on one of your Macs to go to

Log on to your iCloud account and check Notes there.  Did you find what you're looking for?

If so, simply delete the other (non-iCloud) Notes accounts from your iPhone.
