Shorter version:

Does exporting footage as a QuickTime movie (non-compressed) from one program to another to another to another ever worsen the quality of the video?

Longer version:

I'm working on a video project in FCP7. Though, I will eventually have to export and work on the footage in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for other purposes. Would I need to export the footage as a QuickTime movie (non-compressed) to preserve the quality when bringing it into a different program? And when I'm finished with making changes to the footage in another program, can I export it back out again as a QuickTime movie (non-compressed) to bring it back into FCP7 without losing any quality throughout the entire process?

Thanks for your help!
