Jul 5, 2013 7:51 PM in response to alejoruiz18by Big_EP,I purchased my Apple TV about a year ago and it worked fine. After the latest update, my iTunes password would not work. After looking around the forums, I saw that other people have had this same problem. I tried a reboot but that didn't work. I did a restore and then it accepted my standard password.
That was about 2 weeks ago and it had been working fine until a few hours ago. It now will not accept my password. I haven't tried restoring it again but I probably will tomorrow. The only problem is that you them must set up HNO Go and Watch ESPN again. Good luck.

Jul 7, 2013 7:41 AM in response to Big_EPby Eurodance,@Big_EP, verify that that your iTunes/Apple ID is already signed in on your Apple TV by going to Settings > iTunes Store > Accounts; if it shows Sign Out that means you're already logged in and you do not need to re-sign with your Apple/iTunes ID.
But please note that the HBO GO and ESPN apps/channels do not require your iTunes/Apple ID username/password. They require your TV provider's username/password.
I hope that helps.

Jul 7, 2013 9:58 AM in response to alejoruiz18by Eurodance,@alejoruiz18. Thanks for the additional information. Do you have an iOS device to use it as a remote with the Remote app to enter your username and password? Sometimes, when using the Apple TV's physical remote, the password may not enter accurately.
