I have the same problem. In fact, signing in to these forums, I find I have multiple options when it asks for my Apple ID: my original Apple ID, either one of two email addresses (one of which is now obsolete), my old MobileMe address, or my newer icloud address.
I realize that I can just stop using any one of those accounts (because they cannot be deleted), but I cannot get my iPhone, Mac, or my Air to sync, even when I use only one ID for all three.
How do I get all devices to sync? Ever since I transferred over from MobileMe to iCloud, none of my devices have synced.
