Q: iPad keeps jumping

,my iPad screen keeps on jumping my problems are

1.when I type on imessage it somtimes jumps to another message,types by itself or repeats the letter when im trying to type like this (hhhhhhiii)

2.somtimes when I want to touch to go on a app it doesent open it touches in another place

Please help me I have rebbooted it lots of times and its still not doing anything
