If you believe the issue is with a Windows update, why would you ask the question on an Apple forum? Contact Microsoft.

How could anyone possibly know? You have provided no details like the version of iTunes on your computer.
Did you check to see what version of iTunes is on your computer?

That is the current version of iTunes.
Make certain that all Windows Updates are installed.
If you still experience issues, and it started after the installation of a specific Windows update, contact Microsoft (or uninstall that update).
