I have my iPhone 5 in February this year, but now it kept rebooting since last week. I have my phone restored to the newest OS and even set it as a new phone. But the problem still is there. And I checked the real-time system Log generated from Itools. It point in my opinion to a hardware problem:
Jul 9 11:28:45 Ivans-iPhone CLTM <Error>: CLTM: Could not get event from temperature service
Jul 9 11:28:45 Ivans-iPhone CLTM <Error>: CLTM: Could not get value for gas gauge battery
I know it would be easy to have this one checked in the Apple store, but my problem is I am currently in China for business reason and won't be back to UK until X'mas. The local apple store won't fix my iphone only because I purchased my iPhone in the UK not in China and they call it “regional warranty”. Even though I said I would like to pay for the repair, but they still can't do it. They said the certain hardware is different between the phone sold in China and In the UK. : (
I even thought about to mail it back to the UK and ask my friend to take it to the apple store. But also I found it is very difficult. The carriers such as DHL, UPS, TNT they won't ship it because the iPhone have a build-in Li battery (fire risk). T_T
SO I AM REALLY STUCK HERE! It seems like there is nothing I can do to fix my iPhone. I need your suggestions guys!
Many thanks in advance!
