how do i get pictures off my ipad that are downloaded from my computer?

    You put them in a pictures folder and then sync that folder with iTunes.

    I think she wants to do the exact opposite. To get the pictures OFF the iPad you need to de-select them in your iTunes PC library and then re-sync.

    To remove photos that were copied to your iPad by syncing with your computer you need to sync again. But before clicking on Sync deselect the albums in itunes on your computer that you no longer want on your iPad. Then click on Apply or Sync.

    I think that you are correct and I think that I need to get my eyes checked. Second time I've done this in two days.

     

    Back to the point at hand, I believe that you can delete the entire photos library in the settings in iOS 6. Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Photos and Camera. Swipe across any of the 3 selections in there and you should be able to bring up the red delete button.
