TS1702 I can't download or update anything or my ipod

everytime i do its just says unable to download try again later..what the **** is going o

    Can you purchase on your computer?

    Try the following to rule out a software problem:                 

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Go to Settings>iTunes and App stores and sign out and sign back in

    - Power off and then back on the router

    - Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

    Wait since it appears to be an Apple problem
