It's not in the App Store because it is effectively part of the OS, and installs with iOS. It cannot be deleted. You've either accidentally created an apps folder and it's in there, or you mave moved it to another Home screen. If the worst comes to the worst, you can reset the Home Screen layout in Settings. An unlikely option is you have restricted it's use in Settings > General > Restrictions.

Hi! Thanks for replying. Its really not here. I restarted my phone several times. Its not
in any folders. And with regards to restrictions it is enabled. I dont know why its not here. :-(

Then do as I suggested: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
You do know there is more than one Home Screen?
