My current apple version is 10.7.5, can I update it to OS X Mountain Lion ??

    Open the Mac App Store and try buying it. If your configuration doesn't support it, the purchase won't be allowed.

    No PowerMac can run a higher Mac OS than 10.5.8. Is it possible that your have a Mac Pro instead? They look very similar to a G5 PowerMac.

    Also the first two Mac Pros made August 2006 through January 2008 cannot be upgraded to Mtn Lion They are limited to OS 10.7.5
